BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

For your convenience, we offer multiple payment methods through our online checkout.

PayPal. We accept payment by PayPal, which is safe and easy to use (You don’t need to be a member of PayPal to make a purchase).

Credit card. Credit card details can be entered on our secure payment page. The data is sent encoded directly from the SSL system to the credit card company. By the completion of the credit card examination, the invoiced amount is automatically and immediately debited.

Wire Transfer. You can also pay by bank transfer. Please send us an email with your order and we will send you our bank details for payment.

By placing an order on the Pulper & Cobbs website you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Should you have any doubt or question, feel free to contact us at contact@pulperandcobbs.com before placing your order. Full payment is required before your order can be validated. You are responsible for entering all the information required in an accurate and complete manner.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

All Pulper & Cobbs products are vintage. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, Pulper & Cobbs won’t bear responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

INSPECTION DUTY

The items available at Pulper & Cobbs are second hand, not newly manufactured. To avoid personal or property damage it is essential that:

  • You carefully check the packaging upon delivery. In the event that there are visible signs of damaged packaging, please indicate the problem on the Delivery Note, take pictures, and—if the item inside shows damages—contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without notations regarding damaged packaging represents your acceptance of the completed order in perfect condition.
  • Inspect the goods before using them. The inspection must be complete within seven days of your receipt. if you have any doubt do not use them and contact us immediately.
