TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions set out how Pulper & Cobbs offers its curated vintage pieces for sale online. By placing an order on pulperandcobbs.com you agree to the terms below.
About Pulper & Cobbs
- Pulper & Cobbs presents a selection of vintage lighting, ceramics and art‑led objects sourced from Europe and beyond.
- Each piece is carefully chosen, photographed and described to help you buy confidently from a distance.
Vintage nature of the pieces
- All items offered for sale are vintage or pre‑owned unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Signs of age, wear or small imperfections are part of their history and character and do not constitute faults.
- Pulper & Cobbs aims to describe condition honestly and to show it clearly in photographs; additional images or details can be provided on request before purchase.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
- The price payable for an item is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, excluding any delivery charges, customs duties or local taxes that may apply.
- Payment is taken at checkout through the secure payment methods offered on the site. Your order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
- Exempt of VAT.
Orders & acceptance
- Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A contract of sale is formed only when Pulper & Cobbs sends an order confirmation email.
- Pulper & Cobbs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is already sold, incorrectly priced, or there are concerns about payment or delivery. In such cases any payment received will be refunded.
Shipping, delivery & risk
- Shipping methods, approximate dispatch times and return rules are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
- Risk in the item passes to you once it is delivered to the address you provided, or to the carrier if you have arranged your own collection.
- For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by customs in your country.
Returns, cancellations & damaged items
- Because the pieces are vintage and often one‑of‑a‑kind, returns are accepted only under the conditions and within the time limits described on the Shipping & Returns page.
- If an item arrives damaged, you must contact Pulper & Cobbs as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the damage so that a claim can be made with the carrier.
- Any refund or credit will be processed once the item has been safely received back and its condition verified, in line with the published policy.
Product descriptions & colours
- Pulper & Cobbs takes care to ensure that descriptions, measurements and photographs are accurate and up to date.
- Colours may appear differently on different screens and devices; slight variations between on‑screen colour and the physical item are not considered defects.
- Dimensions are approximate and small variations may occur, particularly with hand‑made pieces.
Intellectual property
- All content on pulperandcobbs.com, including text, images, logo and site design, is the intellectual property of Pulper & Cobbs or its licensors.
- Content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- You may print or download pages for your own personal reference, but must not modify them or remove any copyright notices.
