SHIPPING & RETURNS

Pulper & Cobbs pieces are vintage and often one of a kind, so they are packed with particular care and shipped fully insured whenever possible.

 

Shipping

• Pulper & Cobbs ships worldwide from Spain using tracked services and specialist art couriers where appropriate.
• Items are shipped as soon as they are ready. Please note that handling (preparing an item for shipment and packaging) may take up to 7 days. This is not included in the shipping time estimates.
• Dispatch usually takes several working days; transit times vary by destination and carrier and will be confirmed at checkout or by email.
• You will receive a tracking number to follow the shipping status.
• We will be happy to accommodate you if you may prefer to delay the arrival date of your order under certain circumstances.

 

International orders & customs

• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country’s customs authorities.
• All paperwork is completed to help your piece clear customs smoothly, but delays beyond dispatch are outside Pulper & Cobbs’ control.

 

Returns

• Pulper & Cobbs items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• Returned pieces must be in the same condition as received and securely packed.
• Original and return shipping costs and any international customs duties and taxes are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.
• To start a return or report transit damage, email Pulper & Cobbs with your order number, photos of the piece and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  Once approved, you will receive packing guidance, the return address and information on when to expect your refund or credit after safe receipt of the piece
