WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Our high standards extend to a customized service which we deliver our products to you with. We ship from Gijón - Spain, and rates may vary by destination and complexity.

We will send you a message when the package is ready to be send and we will keep you informed about the shipping status.

 

SHIPPING

We will provide a shipping quote based on the products purchased and delivery area.

The quote will cover shipping and handling only. Import duty is not included in the prices you see online, customs duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

You will receive a tracking number to follow the shipping status.

 

DELAYED SHIPPING

Items are shipped as soon as they are ready. Please note that handling (preparing an item for shipment and packaging) may take up to 7 days. This is not included in the shipping time estimates.

We will be happy to accommodate you if you may prefer to delay the arrival date of your order under certain circumstances.

 

RETURN POLICY

Pulper & Cobbs items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

If any items appear to have been damaged in shipment, we will appreciate if you could warn us sending a picture as soon as you receive it.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.
