Vintage textured geometric ceramic vase with wide tapering body, featuring bold brown and white bands, a stepped zigzag pattern around the shoulders and the "Gmundner green" on the inside.

The Gmundner Keramik is the largest ceramics factory in Austria. Coming from Salzburg and originally from the 17th century, all its decorative motifs, its borders and waves, are based on the Traunsee, the lake south of Gmunden, the city where the factory is located and which gives its name to the company.
